Plastic Chocolate Mold: tips for using the chocolate bars molds

1) Prepare and temper chocolate properly: start by tempering your chocolate to achieve a glossy finish and easy release. Properly tempered chocolate also enhances the texture and snap of the finished bars.

2) Pour evenly and remove air bubbles: when filling the molds, pour the chocolate slowly and evenly into each cavity. Tap the molds gently on a flat surface to remove air bubbles and ensure the chocolate sets smoothly.

3) Allow proper cooling and demold carefully: let the chocolate bars cool and set completely before attempting to release them from the molds. To preserve their shape and shine, gently flex the thermoformed plastic molds as you remove the bars.

Plastic Chocolate Mold: washing instructions

• Rinse in warm soapy water using a microfiber towel to lightly remove excess chocolate and towel dry with a microfiber towel or paper towel.
• Never place moulds in dishwasher and do not use harsh chemicals.
• In doing so you will loose the shininess on your chocolate.
• Once dry polish each cavity with a cotton ball, microfiber towel, or soft paper towel.
• Never use regular hand towel or sponges on moulds as these can scratch your mould.
